Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bethlehem follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We had appetizers, red curry, and pad Thai, with strawberry cream pie for dessert. 10/10. Such fresh, perfect flavor in our main dishes. Dessert was unmatched. Canβt wait to go back. Very reasonable prices for exceptionally tasty food.

Best Thai food in the valley and beyond. We have tried many in NYC and many states around the country and this is the best. Fresh, flavorful and friendly folks at The 221 Cafe!

Stupendous Thai restaurant with delectable desserts. The menu is perfectly small with handpicked items cooked to perfection. If you like authentic Thai food, this is the place for you. This establishment is BYOB. It has such a homey, relaxing, & welcoming environmentβ¦. like walking into someoneβs home. Owned by a married couple, youβre bound to have a fantastic experience. This place is truly a hidden gem of Bethlehem.

This was a very special day for my husband and I. The old Victorian home was very intimate and comfortable. The hostess was polite and helpful. Even though the menu was limited it was prepared individually and very delicious. We were happy we could take our own bottle of wine which I wish more smaller restaurants would do. Itβs by reservation only. Our impression was that the owner who is the only chef wants to keep it secluded and special as they head towards retirement. All pastries were homemade and delicious. We hope to visit again soon. Parking is metered.

Well to come here you definitely need reservations. I ordered the Pork Panang Curry, it was served over white rice. The curry wasn't too strong but added great flavor to the dish. It wasn't too spicy but had a very minuscule kick. The desserts were amazing to look at. A whole variety of French cakes. I ordered a coconut cream white cake. It was a unique textured cake with sweet but not heavy icing. Perfect amount of coconut shavings pressed against the icing. I devoured the cake so quickly I could not get an image.
